We believe in being honest and upfront with our customers so that if in the unfortunate event that your pet falls ill, you know what to expect from us.
All the staff here at Oak Cottage Kennels & Cattery are fully licensed drivers, so should your pet need veterinary attention out of hours, transportation will not be an issue. We can get them to one of our closest emergency vets (either at Barnet or Borehamwood, just a 5 minute drive away) as soon as possible.
With experience in caring for animals throughout North London for over 30 years, we have built up excellent contacts with local vets and have a system in place so that your pet receives the best care possible in your absence.
Emergency contact
On dropping your pet off with us, we will ask to take down an emergency contact should we need to get in touch with you at any point throughout the duration of your pet’s time with us.
